OUR STAFF
Real OP is led by a team of experienced owners, coaches, and other members of staff, who are passionate about the game of soccer. Our coaches are dedicated to helping our players develop their skills on and off the field.
COLIN COOPER
CLUB OWNER
Colin Cooper is currently the only Real OP's ownership group member. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, as well as managing the team's finances and budget. When not managing the team, you can find him helping out on the bench or even in goal. He currently leads the team in all-time clean sheets. Colin Cooper was a part of the USA team that finished in 4th in the 2023 Select League World Cup.
MICHAEL NICHOLS
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Michael Nichols began as a member of the ownership group of Real OP. Then, in the spring of 2024, he transitioned to the role of Director of Player Personel and led the search for new talent on the men's side. He was a part of the 2023 Select League World Cup Championship team with Brazil.
ANDREW ZONOOZI
HEAD COACH
Andrew Zonoozi is the former Sporting Director and Current Head Coach of Real Overland Park.
JASON STEVENSON
MEDIA DIRECTOR
Jason Stevenson is a former midfielder for Real Overland Park from the inaugural season. After receiving a season-ending injury midway through the 2024 season, he transitioned into a promising member of the media personnel.
